Connolly Station open again following bomb hoax
Dublin’s Connolly Station reopened just after 11am today following a security alert over a suspicious device.
In a statement on Twitter, Iarnród Éireann said the station had reopened with full services resuming subject to delays.
The army bomb disposal team said that the device was classified as a non-viable Improvised Explosive Device.
It is the fourth IED dealt with by its bomb disposal teams in the last 24 hours, Defence Forces said.
