B-word punk back in court after seven nights in jail
Fresh from his seven-night stay in Clover Hill prison, Philip Dunleavy (33), right, of Old Court Drive in Bray, faced the original shop-lifting charge.
He was wearing an army camouflage T-shirt with the word "Drunkpunk" across the front and combats.
Last week, Judge Murrough Connellan at the same court ordered that Dunleavy be removed to Clover Hill prison because of the offensive slogan on his T-shirt. The Vivienne Westwood shirt said "Never Mind the Bollocks. Here's the Sex Pistols" and Judge Connellan described it as "clear and brazen".
Yesterday he appeared before Judge Patrick Clyne who made no comment on Dunleavy's army combat clothes. Dunleavy was charged with the theft of goods worth ?19.28 from Woodie's DIY store in Bray on July 3 last.
Judge Clyne put his case back to September 15.
