REPRESENTATIVES from tourist boards across the US are flocking to Dublin in a bid to entice Irish visitors across the Atlantic.
While The Gathering has attracted record numbers of American tourists to Irish shores this year, it appears that the US is keen to have some of us visit there.
Representatives from tourists boards in Orlando, Las Vegas, Massachusetts, New York, the Deep South and much more will be going to the Red Cow Moran’s Hotel on October 6 to offer special deals to Irish customers in their annual sale.
The sale for Tour America, Ireland’s leading tour operator to the US, is the 13th such sale.
A number of cruise companies such as the Norwegian Cruise Line, and Fitzpatrick Hotels in New York will also feature. Altogether, some 36 exhibitors are expected to attend.
The tour operator has also lined up a number of guest speakers to keep you up to date with travel, and offer additional information on all destinations available to book across the US.
A competition will be taking place and can be accessed on Tour America’s Facebook page, with a holiday to Orlando up for grabs, complete with flights from Delta and seven nights’ accommodation at The Enclave Hotel.
Admission is free and doors open at 10am.
