Thank you so much for your many responses to last week's question on whether or not people would favour next year's planned January and July 'new' registration periods.
I must say, I had no idea most people would feel quite so strongly that having a second registration window in July would be such a negative.
A lot of you felt that you wanted to buy a new car that you could enjoy for the 'full' 12 months and that by the time July came along, most people would defer until the following January.
The emails are still coming in as I write, which just goes to show how strongly people feel.
