CHECK out N2, 5.30-7pm weekdays, for ID , it's got everything from soaps to new movie releases. What makes it so special - Laura Woods the presenter. Laura drives a Suzuki Vitara. "I drive a Suzuki Grand Vitara that I absolutely love. I did drive a Rav 4 before I had the Vitara, which I loved too, but before that I'd never really considered a jeep-type car.
""Safety is a priority for me and I like the size of the Vitara and I like the all-round good visibility in it. My first car was small and I had an accident in it, it wasn't a really bad accident but it was bad enough to frighten me and for me to realise that if I had been driving any faster than the 10 miles an hour I was travelling at things would have been a lot worse.
"That put things into perspective and I decided that I wanted something bigger, higher up that I could feel safe in, so I bought a Rav 4.
"I liked it a lot but when it came to getting a new one they were bringing out a model Rav 4 at the time that I just didn't like as much as the one I had. A friend suggested the Suzuki Grand Vitara and, after I had drive in one, I loved it.
"It's actually quite similar to the Rav 4 from the outside, the windows are a little wider so visibility is a bit better and I have to say I'm really happy with it. It's a pure dream to drive.
"I really enjoy going on long road trips in it and if the girls and I decide to head off for the weekend there's always a fight to see who will drive with me in my car. There's plenty of space in back for them to stretch out. The only draw back is the boot, it's a bit small but we still manage to pile everything we need in.
"I absolutely love driving. I like to take off on my own and just drive. I'm into my music and there is a really good music system in the Suzuki and I love when I bored or if I've got something to sort out in my head I just go off on a lovely long drive - it's very soothing.
"My favourite cars would have to be the MG and Jaguars - I love Jags but, then, who doesn't?"
