A 1992 Honda NSX owned by three-time Formula One world champion Ayrton Senna is to be auctioned next month – and is expected to make €100,000.
It goes under the hammer at Silverstone Auctions on February 22/23.
The NSX was originally bought by Senna's friend Antonio Carlos de Almeida Braga for the star driver's use when he visited his home in Portugal.
But following Senna's death at Imola in 1994, the car remained untouched in a garage before being sold. The current owner has had it for 17 years.
The car has a black leather interior, manual gearbox and there are only 31,800 miles on the clock.
It is sad that its sale coincides with the 20th anniversary of the racing legend's death.
