Demi Moore's 'photoshopped' W cover: is it really her body?

Demi Moore's W cover has hit the news again after bloggers claimed her 'photoshopped' body actually belongs to catwalk model Anja Rubik.

Fashion observers have pointed out the remarkable similarity between the magazine image and photographs of Rubik wearing the same Balmain corset dress on the runway in Paris earlier this year.

They claim the neck, collarbone and arms are all but identical in the two pictures and that Moore's head was superimposed on the body of Rubik, a 26-year-old Polish blonde.

In another twist, an LA photographer has offered to donate $5,000(€3,300) to charity if Moore, 47, can prove the cover was not substantially retouched.

When it was first pointed out that Moore was missing a chunk of her hip in the magazine shot, the actress posted the "original" image on her Twitter page, telling her followers: "My hips were not touched... it's just the way u have ur hip kinda swung to one side... y can noone see this!? Idiots!"

She added: "I love the pic and can only say I wish I had good lighting like that following me around all day!!" Moore conceded that she looked "on the skinny side".

However, Anthony Citrano, a photographer and writer, has laid down a challenge to the Charlie's Angels actress, also via Twitter.

"That *cannot* be the original," he said. "I started this, so I'll (try to) finish it. $5k (€3,300) to charity if that's really the original." Moore has yet to reply.

A spokesman for W said that the magazine "did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary on Demi Moore for the photo on the cover of W. Demi is an extraordinarily beautiful woman and we feel our cover reflects that."
