Ronnie Wood and his Russian girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova were reportedly involved in such an argument that police were called to their home.
The Rolling Stone guitarist, 62, and his 20-year-old girlfriend allegedly began arguing after an all-night party at their £5 million (€5.6m) North London home.
Neighbours reportedly claimed that the pair were "screaming abuse at each other", with Miss Ivanova at one point heard screaming "I'm going to kill myself", according to reports.
One neighbour told The Daily Mirror: "The noise was just terrible. They were screaming abuse at each other and it's no surprise the cops were called, especially considering what Ekaterina was saying."
A friend of Jo Wood, Ronnie's estranged wife, who is appearing on the upcoming Strictly Come Dancing series, told the newspaper that she would be "furious".
"She doesn't want these sorts of headlines to overshadow the show", they said.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "We were called by a member of the public who reported a domestic disturbance."
"Officers attended the address and no offences were alleged and there were no arrests."
