Marcia Cross 'too busy' for Melrose

Marcia Cross has revealed that she has no time to appear in the updated version of Melrose Place.
The mum-of-two played Dr Kimberly Shaw on the US drama for five seasons before she made her name on Desperate Housewives as neurotic mum Bree.
"I have a very busy life, so it is not even about what I would do on Melrose Place, because I have already done every crazy thing imaginable as the whacked-out Kimberly, but I don't have a minute in my day left," she told Entertainment Tonight.
"So I don't have any plans now - unless they want to float me on a raft and let me take a nap in the infamous pool."
Marcia, who has had lots of juicy storylines on Desperate Housewives, is keeping quiet about what's on the cards for Bree in the forthcoming sixth season.
There are rumours that someone close to her - possibly husband Orson (Kyle MacLachlan) or son Andrew (Shawn Pyfrom) - could die in a plane crash.
"I would be shot if I said too much about the upcoming episode with the plane crash," Marcia said.
"Sometimes (creator) Marc Cherry says way more than one could say, but since I don't know that, I am not going to divulge any secrets. There is a big plane crash and people do get hurt because they do in plane crashes, but I can't tell you more than that."
