Fur-wearing Beyonce has a new PETA hate

SO Beyonce has been seen wearing fur again -- this time at the Versace party in NYC on Tuesday night. When will she learn?
You can mess with the gay groups, you can say racist things, you can diss the Republicans, but do not piss off People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). Even J-Lo is scared of them now. They don't think it's funny, they will come after you and they will make your life hell. They're worse than the fathers' rights groups. The only option is to give them what they want, which is the chinchilla you're wearing, so they can give it a dignified burial. And we're curious as to why Beyonce doesn't just use fake fur. I mean, she's always been fine with fake hair (money for old rope, anyone?) and she's great at being ultra-fake in interviews. Perhaps it's that the outfits are so skimpy that she feels only something that thick can keep her warm.
I think PETA is going the wrong way about trying to persuade her to stop, though. They are focusing on the little bunny wabbits who die needlessly, just so Beyonce can bling it up. But the real way to get to someone that vain is to tell them that they don't look good. They could point out that fur only works if you have an imperious Cruella de Vil streak, like J-Lo or Naomi Campbell (two repeat offenders). When the non-threatening Beyonce wears fur she just ends up looking as if she has raided mommy's closet and thrown everything on.
Keep it up for a while and I'm sure she'll repent and go back to wearing clothes that were never alive. Maybe she'll even hold a candle at the bunny wabbit funeral.
