Helen Seymour shares some of her advice, achievements and regrets.
Is there a glass ceiling?
If there is, I've been lucky enough not to encounter it. That may just be luck.
Your greatest achievement?
Completing and publishing my first novel Beautiful Noise.
Your greatest regret?
Nothing. Wouldn't change a thing.
I swim 100 lengths once a week. I want to learn how to tumble when I reach the end of the pool, so I can swim uninterrupted. I want to perfect that tumbling motion.
Get on with it. Stop talking about it, stop thinking about it.
