Warrenstown House put on market by council
Dublin City Council is selling Warrenstown House on more than 2.8 acres at Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, and is hoping to achieve up to €550,000 for it.
A former HSE facility, the original house has been extended and provides more than 650sqm of accommodation in 25 different rooms.
The agent, Cian McMorrow of Bannon, expects to attract interest from a wide variety of possible end users including healthcare companies, educational operators and religious groups. He says the city council is also willing to consider letting the property.
Located on Blanchardstown Road, it previously accommodated a range of services including a residential care facility and a school.
