the hydration equation
Most people go through the day dehydrated, which affects your energy, productivity, happiness and how well you train.
Aim to drink at least two litres of water a day to stay hydrated and healthy.
If you don't like water, try squeezing some lemon juice or lime into it, as this will give a fantastic flavour and is good for you, too.
Buy a one-and-a-half or two-litre bottle and aim to finish it each day – this way, it's easier to track how much you've had to drink.
