People all over the world will be taking part in the annual Run in the Dark next month to raise funds to help find a cure for spinal cord injury.
Now in its third year, participants in last year's event described it as a living, breathing light show.
The Life Style Sports Run in the Dark, brainchild of the Mark Pollock Trust, is going global this year with 5k and 10k runs held across six continents. There are five official locations – Dublin, Cork, Belfast, London and Manchester, as well as pop-up events worldwide.
Rosanna Davison and Mark Pollock (pictured) were at the launch of this year's event, which will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 13. You can register online at www.runinthedark.org.
