This week's World Oral Health Day, March 20, theme was 'Celebrating Healthy Smile'. As well as regular check-ups to spot and prevent any problems, here are five top tips to keep those teeth gleaming:
1. Brush and floss at least twice a day
2.Cut down on sugary snacks in between meals
3.Use sugar free alternative where possible
4.Avoid aggressive heavy brushing always use a soft toothbrush
5.Supervise and help young kids when brushing
