Vitamin C

I take vitamin c supplements, especially during the winter months.

Daily treats

I absolutely love hot chocolate! It's my treat every now and again, or a cup of tea and digestives! I have a huge weakness for biscuits. I love sushi, sashimi and salads. I love fruit and veg too so I find it really easy to include them in my diet.

Bikram yoga

I've recently tried out bikram yoga, it's really intense but I feel great afterwards. I also take a dance class, which is good cardio.

Rosehip oil

I'm a huge fan of rosehip oil, I use it on my face or body. It's a great moisturiser without being too heavy or greasy.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera juice or chlorophyll added into a drink are my favourite health foods. And I always add avocado into any dish I make.

Winding down

To relax and wind down I listen to music or hang out with my friends.

Beauty tip

My top beauty tip would be always to remove make-up at night!
