One of the best ways you can make your indoor working a success is by starting your session with a strategy. The Garmin Connect website enables you to develop your program, then transfer the information to your GPS watch. My typical treadmill workout session might consist of a 5:4:3:2:1 program (five-minute warm-up, four-minute run, three-minute walk, two-minute run, one-minute walk) repeated three times. Workouts can be customised to do intervals (like above) or according to distance.
