Cobra Squat

Start by standing upright holding the kettlebells at shoulder height with your elbows bent and your and palms facing in then simply lower your body towards the floor twisting the hips and feet in a rotation to 180degrees crossing the legs. Then twist back 180 degrees and return to up right start position.
