Give up your clothes

This April sees the third 'Give Up Clothes for Good' charity fundraiser which aims to raise €250,000 for Enable Ireland.
Sponsored by clothing store TK Maxx, the campaign invites the Irish public to drop in their unwanted clothes, accessories and household items to any TK Maxx store throughout this month. Donations will then be sold in Enable Ireland shops to raise funds for vital services for children with disabilities across the country.
Each bag could raise up to €30 for Enable Ireland.
Donation bags are available in store, but any bag can be used, from supersize carrier bags to bin bags. As an added incentive, those who bring a donation will be given a chance to enter a draw to win a €1,000 TK Maxx gift card.
Clean clothes, shoes and accessories, ornaments, towels and linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, books, collectibles, antiques, CDs, DVDs and mobile phones are all welcome items for the collection.
Due to health and safety regulations, Enable Ireland cannot accept electrical goods, furniture, or any items which are broken or need repair.
