On a budget
Saturday December 12 2009
There's an interesting lunch menu that offers you three courses for €22.50 or two courses for €18.50. There are three starters (pumpkin and smoked bacon soup, cod brandade, and baked Camembert), three main courses (roast pheasant, poached haddock, and wild mushroom risotto) and three desserts (a tarte du jour, crème brûlée and café Liégeois) to choose from.
On a blow-out
If you start with the scallops served in a sauce vierge and follow that with the lobster, which comes with an Hollandaise sauce, you'll have picked the most expensive dishes on the menu and you'll have spent €39 on the two courses.
