Kerstin's Bursting Berries with White Chocolate

400g/14oz mixed berries
175g/6oz white chocolate
I picked up this recipe during a stay with the lovely Kerstin from Sweden. You can be guaranteed that if you visit her house for dinner, you will always be well fed. This is one of her classic desserts, which I love. Not only is it tasty, it's also so easy to make. The tang from the berries combined with the creamy sweetness of the white chocolate makes for a really tasty mouthful! Serves four.
1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place the berries in a large baking dish and grate the white chocolate over them evenly. Bake in the oven for five to seven minutes, or until the chocolate has melted with a slight golden tinge to it and the berries are juicy and soft. Serve hot and enjoy!
