This cocktail was created to celebrate Vietnamese New Year. Serves one.
YOU WILL NEED
1 slice fresh dragon fruit
40ml Finlandia grapefruit vodka
20ml fresh lemon juice
10ml ginger and lemongrass syrup
Drizzle of Chambord
Method
In a Boston mixing glass, muddle* the dragon fruit (without skin), then add the vodka, lemon juice and syrup.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and seal it with the Boston shaker. Shake very well. Strain the cocktail in a tumbler over crushed ice and drizzle a few mls of Chambord on top.
Garnish with a half slice of dragon fruit.
