She's the one who got away.
Eddie Irvine's significant ex, supermodel and fashion designer Katheryn Rice, had a baby with her husband Todd Feldman in Los Angeles last week.
Eddie, who has a teenage daughter Zoe from his one-time relationship with Maria Drummond, posted his congratulations on the birth of Atticus James Feldman on Katheryn's Facebook page.
Todd -- a super-agent at CAA with a veritable Who's Who of Hollywood on his BlackBerry -- and Katheryn (wearing Carolina Herrera) wed on a cliff top in Mexico in 2010 and the bash was featured in Town & Country magazine over four pages.
She and Todd went on one of their first dates to Mexico five years earlier, hence the venue.
Eddie and Katheryn met in Miami in a nightclub one evening in May 2001 and fell deeply in love.
"He was just such a nice guy. Normal. Friendly. Easy to talk to," Katheryn told me in 2002 when I met her and Eddie for lunch in Cocoon, his bar in Dublin.
Sadly neither Cocoon nor his relationship with Rice were meant to last.
