A BBC reporter has become a viral sensation after a camera fault on Monday made it appear as it she was sinking out of shot mid-sentence.
BBC presenter Caroline Bilton was finishing her lunchtime report when the fault happened.
Newsreader Leanne Brown managed to keep her composure as her colleague disappeared from the camera's view, telling viewers, "I think we had a problem with the camera there".
The clip has since been viewed more than 500,000 times on YouTube.
Afterwards she tweeted: "Well I'm globally famous it would seem and for all the wrong reasons! The power of the web! Glad it's making people smile. #sinkingfeeling".
