WATCH: Pilot lands Boeing 727 nose-down without front wheels

It takes many things to land a plane, not least the forward landing gear - but this skilled pilot managed without.

A dramatic video has emerged (below) of the moment the Asia Pacific Boeing 727 landed at Guam International Airport last week. 

Emergency services attended the cargo plane after it came to a halt, though there was no smoke or fire, and no injuries have been reported.

The plane was a training flight from the Pacific island from Honolulu with three people on board, according to reports in the Pacific Daily News.

Here's another view of the incident, also showing a trial, 'touch and go' landing, with the second, successful landing starting from approx. 1.02.

The pilot released fuel to become lighter after calling the airport to report a situation "that may affect safe landing", the report said.
