Now in their 13th year, the Travellers' Choice Awards honour TripAdvisor's most outstanding properties in categories including hotels, B&Bs, family, luxury, romance and small hotels.
Award winners are determined "based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide," it says.
In other categories, Sligo's Down Yonder B&B is ranked Ireland's best 'Best B&B and Inn' and Dingle's Castlewood House tops three lists - small , romantic and bargain hotels.
Kilkenny's Newpark Hotel is No.1 in Ireland for families, TripAdvisor says, with the award for Best Service going to Killeen House in Aghadoe, Co. Kerry.
“These awards recognise the finest hotels across the globe, according to those that really matter - the guests themselves," said James Kay, TripAdvisor spokesperson.
