Ryanair has launched a new offering for leisure customers, bundling bags, seats and priority boarding into one fare.

'Leisure Plus' fare, launched with model Roz Purcell today, offers what the airline describes as "a discounted bundle of travel extras" from €51.99 each-way.

Extras include priority boarding, a reserved seat and a 20kg checked bag.

Ryanair has also launched updates to its Business Plus service, with flight change flexibility extended to two days either side of flights, as well as the day of travel.

Business Plus already offers security fast-track, priority boarding, free airport check-in and an allocated seat from €69.99 each way.

The changes mean Ryanair now offers three types of fares, including its basic 'Ryanair Regular' option with a free 10kg cabin bag and randomly allocated seat.

The new services are the latest improvements under the airline's 'Always Getting Better' programme, which recently saw the announcement of 'Ryanair Rooms', a low-cost accommodation service, and a new table of year-round baggage fees.

"Following extensive customer feedback, Leisure Plus has been specifically designed for leisure customers, allowing family and friends to board first, sit together and carry all they need," said Kenny Jacobs, Ryanair's Chief Marketing Officer.

"Over 25% of Ryanair customers travel on business," he added.
