Ryanair launches one-day flash sale on Copenhagen routes
Winter airfare wars
Ryanair is offering 25pc off all fares to and from Copenhagen in a one-day spring sale that expires at midnight tonight.
The sale includes fares to and from the Danish capital for travel between February 20 and April 19 of this year.
The sale fares are available between Dublin and Copenhagen, with the cheapest one-way prices from €14.99 as we publish.
Ryanair quit its base in Copenhagen last July following a dispute with trade unions, but continues to operate 15 routes to the city.
The promotion is the latest in a series of winter airfare wars that has seen millions of seats discounted since November.
Ryanair expects to carry 106 million passengers this year, and recently announced seven new services from Dublin for its winter 2016 schedule.
Its average fares are €40, according to its latest results.
