Do you do breakfast ?
Most mornings I am very naughty and skip breakfast. Instead around 11am I have some fruit and nuts on the go. But I love brunch on weekends. If I have a day off on the weekend I love nothing more then a late lie-in and a delicious breakfast!
I'm very good at salads and desserts. I do a delicious Death by Chocolate Cake.
Favourite take-out meal:
I very rarely do take-outs! When I do, I go for sushi from Musashi. I'm very happy that with Deliveroo you can order healthy take-aways.
Taste at Rustic by Dylan McGrath. It's the best sushi in Dublin.
Red or white?
Depends on my mood. I'm greedy so I can't choose a favourite. Rioja is my choice in red and Sauvignon Blanc in white.
I'm a little obsessed with hummous. I try make my own when I can but it never tastes as good as Marks & Spencer's. I have it with pretty much everything - broccoli, carrots, green beans. Also mixed nuts, I always have some in my handbag. That, and an apple.
Chocolate. And meals out. I love going to restaurants, ordering some wine and just relaxing with friends. I prefer it to nights out.
That's a toughie - can I pick three? I can only narrow it down to broccoli, courgettes and cauliflower. But I love all veggies.
Consider yourself a picky eater?
Not at all, there are only two things I dislike, olives and oysters.
What's always in your fridge?
Some sort of nut butter (usually almond butter but the peanut butter sometimes creeps in), almond milk, smoked salmon, spinach and hummous.
Favourite spud style:
Good mashed potatoes.
Death row meal:
Starter - a very large fresh seafood platter. Main - supersized portion of monkfish with fried scallops in lots of butter and a side of every veggie out there. Dessert - a big slice of caramel and chocolate cake drizzled in some more caramel and a scoop of Ben & Jerry's Caramel Sutra ice-cream.

James Corden, Amy Winehouse and Gerard Butler.
Favourite dinner your mum used to make you:
Rosols. It's a traditional Latvian salad with chopped potatoes, peas, gherkins, dried meats, carrots, sour cream and mayo.
