SEAT unveils beefed-up new MPV
SEAT yesterday unveiled the first official images of its new people carrier, the Alhambra.
At 4.85 metres, it is 22cm longer and 9cm wider than the version currently on the market.
And, critically, SEAT insist there is plenty of room for adults to "sit comfortably" in the third row. There's room for up to seven overall.
Large sliding doors allow easy entry and there's more luggage space too.
The one which will be available here is the two-litre TDi diesel (140bhp and CO2 emissions of 143g/km). Fitted with an SCR catalytic converter (selective catalytic reduction), they claim it is one of the world's cleanest MPVs.
Expect it here later in the year.
