Peugeot have joined the growing numbers of car makers producing GT and GT Line versions.
These top-end (GT) and more affordable 'specials' (GT Line) are designed to give new dimensions to existing motors.
However, in this case the car has yet to even get here - it's the new 3008 SUV. So they are getting their GTs in early. The GT in this case has a 2.0 litre BlueHDi 180bhp - the most powerful engine in the 3008 range. There is also a 6spd auto transmission.
The two new ones will be in addition to the current Access, Active and Allure trims.
The GT version gets a chequered chrome radiator grille, full LEDs, logo on the front wing, double chrome exhaust pipes, aluminium roof bars, flared wheel arches and 19ins tyres and panoramic black glass roof.
Inside there's a choice of alcantara or leather. The GT Line takes cues inside and out from the GT.
The two versions are due here late in the year.
