Ireland's riskiest routes: the roads you're most likely to have an accident on
New research claims to reveal the riskiest routes in the country.
Drivers in the study by Irish-based insurance intermediary, Chill, said Dublin had the most dangerous roads.
But the riskiest drive in the country is along the Cliffs of Moher in Co Clare, they said.
Next was the Old Military Road in Co Wicklow (13pc) for its hazards, blind spots and winding bends. Kerry's Gap of Dunloe came third with 11pc voting it the most perilous.
The survey of 650 drivers was part of a campaign to increase road safety and reduce accidents.
