There are two properties remaining at this small but attractive development in the Garden of Ireland, in an area with views of the Sugar Loaf and other mountains.
Built by Knockree Properties, the 26 houses on the outskirts of Bray are a mix of three-bed and four-bed semi-detached units that were first launched in June. Number 13, a four-bed laid out over 1,706 sq ft, and number 18, a 1,571-sq ft three-bed, are still on the market.
They are priced at €500,000 and €460,000 respectively.
Lyndhurst is located on Herbert Road, which adjoins the existing Pemberton development and is parallel to Killarney Road and the main street. The strand and Bray Head are 2km to the east.
The properties have red-brick-fronted exteriors which incorporate triple-glazed windows framed with contemporary matte-grey surrounds and granite windowsills.
The front doors have a full-length glass window to the side and the roofs have flat black pan tiles with dry verges.
There is a stone patio and seeded lawn area to the rear, and well-finished walls and treated timber fencing with concrete support posts form the boundary to neighbouring houses. Each property has two off-street parking spaces on brick-paved driveways.
Inside, the entrances to the ground floor and first floor are filled with light thanks to a double-height hall with Velux windows on the ceiling of the landing.
Downlighters are installed in the kitchen, with pendant lighting throughout the rest of the house.
The kitchens, supplied by Wicklow-based Kerwood Design, feature handle-less cabinets and Dimplex/Belling appliances such as an oven, hob, an integrated dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.
Would-be buyers who opt for their own kitchens can avail of an allowance worth €8,000.
The homes, which have an A3 energy rating, are fitted with an energy-efficient Dimplex heat pump to the rear of the property that promises to reduce running costs.
There is underfloor heating at ground floor level, with radiators and heated towel rails on the first floor.
Lyndhurst is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bray and is within easy reach of Enniskerry, Delgany and Greystones.
Ardmore Studios and the stately Kilbride Hill residence, home to the Danish ambassador, are just minutes away.
Commuters to Dublin can take the 145 bus or the Dart, or drive to the capital on the N11 motorway.
