These super modern townhouses are so sleek you might pass them by altogether. From the outside they look almost commercial in nature with their dark grey angular lines

The first thing to hit you is the long isosceles triangle into which the windows are set, the door tucked into the side. The stark three-sided exterior, however, leads into a comfortable three-bedroom, three-bathroom house over three floors and there are three identical units on offer.

Who says architects don't have a sense of humour?

Located between Synge Street and Camden Street, they are right bang in Dublin City Centre, so urban professionals would be the most likely tenant, however, they may well be snapped up by local businesses who need to cater for visiting executives, especially as there is more than one property.

With the Luas, bus lanes and Dublin Bikes, that pretty much gives you access to everywhere else you might want to go.
