These family homes at College Square in the popular South Dublin village of Terenure are built in an Edwardian/Victorian design by Ballymore with a red brick and cream exterior render.
With two styles successfully launched in May 2014, the next phase is ready for market. A brand new show home is on view this weekend for a four-bed semi-detached house measuring 2,001 sq ft. This will make it the largest four-bed on this site and will start from €700,000.
The main changes from the previous offering, which was 1,726 sq ft, is an extension to both the square kitchen, with a seating area added and to the living room, making it more spacious. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a guest WC.
On each of the upper floors there are two double bedrooms; the first one is en-suite and the family bathroom is here also while on the top, one is also en-suite.
The exterior has a red-brick on one-third of the house from the front door right up to the roof with the remaining two-thirds in a cream render. There is a taupe front door.
College Square is near five of Dublin's best-known schools including Terenure College and St Mary's College. Access to the M50 is under 2km at the Templeogue junction.
Open-viewings take place from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th from 12-2pm.
