Just six houses are being built in this enclave at Sallygrove in Ballycullen.
There are three and four-bedroom semi-detached houses which have a red-brick exterior, echoed in the brick walls surrounding the units, and cobble-lock driveways.
Windows are white-framed with a black-panelled front door which has a glass side panel and inset feature. They are A-rated from Victoria Homes Ltd. Houses come with the inclusion of photovoltaic solar panels, double-glazing and pressurised gas heating. Owners will get the option of a gas inset fire in the sitting room.
The three-bed is 1,061 sq ft and has a kitchen/dining area with breakfast bar island unit and matte neutral cupboards.
