Three-beds in family driven community
Archerstown Demesne, Ashbourne, Co Meath

This mix of semi-detached homes at the edge of Ashbourne's sports grounds has proved so popular with families since it was launched in September 2014 that Mullen Developments is re-opening show houses at the scheme this weekend in an effort to sell seven additional properties it is building there.
The Ashbourne branch of estate agency REA Grimes has sold 28 units at Archerstown Demesne so far this year. Prices for the latest properties to come on the market at the development start at €299,950 for the three-bed homes, which are laid out over 1,240 sq ft. Accommodation at the four-beds stretches out over 1,424 sq ft and the asking price has been set at €345,000.
The agent says Mullen designed the A-rated homes with family living in mind; there are soccer clubs nearby and the cobble-lock driveways, enclosed by cast-iron railings, have space for at least two cars. Energy costs can be kept to a minimum by features such as solar panels, a gas condenser boiler for heating, and greater insulation than the standard family home. As well as having easy access to the village of Ashbourne, Archerstown Demesne is just a three-minute drive.
Viewing of the show house will is Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 2pm.
