Three townhouses left in Portmarnock
Kingsford Cross, Portmarnock, Co Dublin

There are three townhouses still for sale at this development, which is named after Sir Charles Kingsford Smith, the Australian aviator who flew his Southern Cross plane from Portmarnock's Velvet Strand to Newfoundland in 1930.
The 19 apartments at Kingsford Cross have sold out, as have three of the three-bed townhouses. The development was originally marketed by developers Carrickhill Developments in 2011, but estate agents Knight Frank have since been instructed by a receiver to sell the scheme.
Accommodation at each of the remaining houses extends to 1,250 sq ft over three floors.
The properties have been priced from €389,995 and fittings include brushed stainless steel switches and sockets, a high-gloss finished kitchen with Neff appliances throughout, semi-solid timber flooring, and bathrooms finished with Turkish travertine tiles. There is recessed lighting in all rooms and the units are wired for a home entertainment system.
Portmarnock is 10km away from Dublin Airport and 15km from the city centre.
