The third phase of six semi-detached homes at The Stables, a scheme on the Athenry Road in the picturesque village of Monivea, is now being sold off the plans.
The semi-detached homes, which cost from €197,000, will particularly appeal to first-time buyers who commute to Galway city, a half-hour drive away.
The village is just 5.5 miles from Athenry town, where there is a regular rail service to Galway and Dublin.
The architect-designed development of semi-detached and detached homes, which was started before the property crash, already has footpaths to the village and public lighting in place.
Each house has an elegant stone and render to the front façade, with panel walls to the rear gardens.
The homes on offer in the latest phase are four-bed semi-detached units with 1,338 sq ft of living space. Buyers will receive an allowance to fit and supply their kitchen of choice.
The A3 rated properties also have tripled-glazed windows and solar panels.
