Mimosa at The Gallops in Leopardstown, a scheme of four blocks of apartments and duplexes, commands views of the Dublin Mountains and the eponymous Leopardstown Racecourse.

While the units at two of the blocks - Mimosa Hall and Levmoss Hall - have completely sold out, there are eight apartments available in the other two blocks, namely Weavers Hall and Larkspur Hall.

There are plans afoot to release further stock at Mimosa at The Gallops, with about 30 apartments due to come on stream and one duplex penthouse apartment scheduled to go on the market in the months ahead.

Prices for the apartments currently on the market at the South County Dublin development start at €195,000 for a one-bed, going up to €310,000 for a two-bed apartment at Larkspur Hall.

Sizes for the one-beds range from 570 sq ft to 603 sq ft, with space at their two-bed counterparts ranging between 872 sq ft and 964 sq ft.

The scheme is expected to continue drawing its share of investors - keen to make the most of Dublin's high rental yields. The development is set amidst landscaped gardens complemented by water features.

Buyers will have access to tennis courts, a playground, and an outdoor gym.

The apartments have large private terraces, oak internal doors, recessed downlights in the bathroom and kitchen, stone kitchen worktops and built-in bedroom wardrobes that come in ivory, beech or walnut.

Built by Park Developments, the company behind south Dublin residential projects such as Ticknock Hill in Sandyford and Kelston in Foxrock, Mimosa at The Gallops is close to Sandyford Business Park and is within walking distance to the green Luas line.

The Gallops and Glencairn Luas stops are both a short walk from the scheme.

The M50 motorway is just minutes away and is accessible by the Sandyford and Carrickmines exits.
