Eighteen more homes are being released this weekend on a new section of Fairhaven, a residential scheme on the tree-lined Castleknock Road across from the Phoenix Park that was first launched in September.
Like the properties in the initial tranche at this development near Castleknock Village, the latest phase consists of three and four-bed semi-detached homes. They will be ready to occupy between April and June.
The façades of the houses at Fairhaven, developed by Flynn & O'Flaherty, are traditional red-brick with a granite finish. The properties have an A3 energy efficient rating.
Inside, a large kitchen/dining room opens out on to a generous patio and rear garden. A spacious landing on the first floor leads to bedrooms fitted with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and the bathrooms and ensuites are fully tiled.
Practical features designed to woo would-be buyers include an under-stair cloakroom and storage, and radiator housing.
The three-beds extend over 1,108 sq ft and are priced from €500,000, while measurements for the four-beds start at 1,334 sq ft and cost from €620,000.
The show houses are on view between 1pm and 2pm today, and between 2.30pm and 4pm tomorrow and Sunday.
