Commuters with large families will get plenty of space at Stonebridge, a small development outside Navan that comprises four-bed detached residences spread out over 3,041 sq ft.
Development on this enclave of six homes was started before the implosion of the property market and the scheme was relaunched earlier this month. Number 5 Stonebridge has already gone sale agreed and No 6 isn't finished, but No 1 through No 4 are available for viewing. To date, prices have only been set for No 4 Stonebridge, at €480,000.
This generously-sized house has two ensuite bedrooms, with a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom. Other interior features include recessed lights in the entrance porch and hall, corridor and kitchen, coved ceilings in the all downstairs rooms and landing, and moulded skirting boards and architrave throughout.
The properties have attractive red-brick exteriors and front walls with double-glazed windows, uPVC fascia and soffit, a cobblelock driveway and a patio to the rear. There are fully landscaped front and back gardens.
All of the houses in the development have been wired for new technologies, such as multi-room audio, security CCTV, and remote lighting control. The door entry system is wired to allow the owner to open the gates or speak to visitors from the security of inside the home.
Stonebridge is a 45km drive from Dublin and has easy access to the R147, M3 motorway and the N2.
Navan is well serviced by bus services.
