Kilheale Manor, Kill, Co Kildare

Cavan Developments, the builder behind Broadfield Manor in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, is now selling three and four-bed semi-detached homes off the plans at nearby Kilheale Manor beside the centre of Kill Village.
The houses are squarely aimed at families, especially those keen to make use of the new primary school in the village.
Unusually, both the three and four-bed properties are the same size and price, at 1,350 sq ft and €305,000, respectively. The roofs of both styles will be specially designed so they can be converted to another room.
The kitchens are equipped with appliances such as an American-style fridge freezer, a double eye-level oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sitting room and hall has decorative coving to the ceilings, and the hall, dining room, utility room and kitchen floors are tiled in porcelain ceramic. All bathrooms have a corner bath, and showers in ensuites.
Outside, the rear gardens have timber panels between concrete posts, and the front gardens will have cobble-lock paving to accommodate parking for up to three cars.
All sales are being conducted at the Cavan Developments showhouse at Broadfield Manor, a 10-minute drive away. They are open this Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.
