Prices have been cut at two of the six semi-detached homes at Sheils Court, a new scheme on the grounds of Rathcoole House, a period property owned by the Sheil family from the early 19th century to the mid-1960s.
The selling agent and developer is seeking to reinvigorate demand from the hundreds of prospective buyers who have visited Sheils Court by reducing prices for numbers 4 and 5 to €399,950 from €450,000.
