Four new semi-detached houses will be launched this weekend at Parc na Silla in Dublin's Loughlinstown - between Shankill and Cabinteely on the south side.
Each measures 1,410 sq ft and will be priced in the region of €500,000.
All are A-rated with air to heat pump systems which means no oil or gas bills for customers with this low energy conversion option. As this type of system works best with underfloor heating, this is the choice of developer Donode Building and unusually, has been fitted both upstairs and downstairs.
Internally, there is a kitchen/dining/family room to the rear with double doors to the garden from both sides of this room. There is a separate living room to the front along with a utility room and guest WC. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and one single, with the master ensuite along with a family bathroom.
The living room has a wood-burning stove. There is off-street parking on cobble-locked driveways and a side entrance to the back garden which also features a cobble-lock patio.
This is a mature residential setting adjacent to the grounds of Park Na Silla House so there are trees running along the periphery of the development which is within walking distance of Shankill Village. It is expected that these units will be completed from the end of June.
