In-demand commuter-town scheme brings four to market
Millbourne, Ashbourne, Co Meath
A new release at Millbourne, a popular development in Ashbourne, sold out so quickly that selling agent McPeake Auctioneers has released a further four units for viewing this weekend.
Development has been ongoing at this scheme close to the GAA grounds in this burgeoning commuter town since 2007.
After the latest round of 12 units were reserved, an additional four units were made available. All are three-beds from the type Q range and measure 1,150 sq ft. Prices start at €265,000 for the mid-terraced version and at €275,000 for the end-of-terrace format. Completions are due to begin in August.
Built by Merville Homes, the exteriors at Millbourne are in a mottled brown brick with cream render to the front and dash to the side.
Inside, each house has a kitchen/dining room with patio doors leading to a seeded and fenced garden. There is a separate living room to the front of the house and a utility and guest WC on the ground floor.
Included as standard in the price are a choice of fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, feature coving, a gas insert fire and fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms.
The A3-rated properties have been fitted with solar panels, energy-efficient gas-condensing boilers and triple glazed-windows.
For commuters, Ashbourne is, on average, a 35-minute trip to Dublin along the N2 and M50.
Viewings at Millbourne will be held between 2.30pm-4pm tomorrow.
