More bang for your buck country living
Rath Glen, Killeshin, outside Carlow Town

Home buyers seeking a quiet life in the country can get a lot of bang for their buck at the Rath Glen development in Killeshin, a rural village centred around a pub, school, community centre, church, and GAA and soccer clubs.
Killeshin is 2.5m miles away from Carlow town. But the village is one of those Irish geographical idiosyncrasies - it's technically in Co Laois but locals use Co Carlow on their postal address.
There are six properties being sold: one three-bed semi-detached with an asking price of €154,950, four four-bed semi-detached homes at €169,950 and one 2,400 sq ft detached house at €245,000. MB Homes is planning to add six more four-bed detached.
