A former 'ghost estate', this 37-unit mixed development of partially-finished properties was bought at the Allsop auction last October by SJR Developments and has now been finished to turn-key standard. There are three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from €165,000 to €190,000 located off the Maheraboy Road in Carrickmacross.
Each unit comprises a kitchen/dining room to the rear with a utility room and guest WC off this. There is a sitting room up front off the hall. Upstairs are either three or four bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and a family bathroom.
The three-beds measure 1,140 sq ft and are in a terrace of four. They have a red brick lower half while the upper section is cream render with a wood panelling detail. There are French windows on the master bedroom leading out to a small balcony which has iron railings surrounding which is a nice feature. Front doors, which are hardwood with a glass inset panel have been painted in contrasting colours along the row.
The four-beds come in two sizes - at 1,160 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft and have a kitchen/dining room with the utility room and WC off the rear of this, and a sitting room up front. Upstairs are two double and two single bedrooms (the master is en-suite) with a family bathroom.
Driveways have been paved to the front and gardens seeded. There is plenty of parking both on and off street.
