Two high-end three-bedroom homes have been released for sale at Baltrasna Manor, a small development on the outskirts of Ashbourne.
Just seven homes are being built at the scheme, located on the Dublin side of the Meath town at Baltrasna Manor.
There are four types of property, including five-beds, with development still ongoing. Number 1 Baltrasna Manor, which is type C2, is for sale from €410,000, while No.2, from type C, has a price tag of €395,000.
Both No.1 and No.2 are both detached two-storey three-bed houses, with the attics prepared for conversion into a fourth bedroom, bringing the total living space to about 1,600 sq ft each.
Downstairs, there is a kitchen/dining/family room divided by a breakfast bar, as well as a utility room, WC and separate living room. The three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a family bathroom are upstairs.
The facades are finished with a light brown brick to complement the cream tri-panelled windows and cream surrounds. There are gates either side of each house and cobble-lock driveways with shrubbery, flowerbeds, lawn and decorative iron railings to the front.
The interior ceilings are 9ft on the ground floor and fitted kitchens are in a contemporary style.
The A3 BER rating comes courtesy of heating with a high-efficiency A-class Dimplex heat pump, and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system to provide a continuous supply of fresh air and remove used air from the kitchens, utility rooms, washrooms and bathrooms.
Ashbourne has a growing population, partly because it is close to the border of north Co Dublin.
The city centre is just 21km away, via the M2 motorway, while the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre is 16km to the south.
Buses depart for Dublin about every 20 minutes from stops directly opposite Baltrasna Manor.
