Blackditch House and farm at Newcastle village in Co. Wicklow recently sold by Ganly Walters for a price believed to be close to its guide of €3.75m or €18,400/ac.
The solid Georgian four-bedroom building is the main residence while the farm facilities include an enclosed and renovated stone courtyard with stores, stables and staff accommodation.
